Application returned back

Hi All,

I forgot to sign and put date for my 12 year old son and whole package is returned back saying that fill a new application for my son and send within 90 days of signing of new application. On the other applications in the package is attached a note saying that this application is complete but returned as I submitted application for concurrent processing with a family member whose application is incomplete. Further I should resubmit on a version of the application form dated October 2017 or later as indicated on the lower left corner of the form.

Few questions:

1. Current form for minors CIT0003 available on web site shows (02-2018). Am I good to use this form !
2. Para 12 of this form has two boxes for signatures. Top box is parents where I will sign and lower box says Child's signature. Does my child who is under 14 need to sign here or I can sign in here also on his behalf.3.
3. I will just send the other applications which bear a tag saying that they are complete as is with the newly filled application of my son. I shouldn't be bothered about the dates and re-calculation of the eligibility period in those applications which are already termed as complete by CPC Sydney.

can you tell me whats the wrong with translation because I sent app for me and my two kids but I did not include a certified copy
