my application has been returned back for noc 0911 as i missed wes original document
i want to re apply now do i need to again take the bank letter for proof of funds or earlier letter would be sufficient

When did you apply and when was it returned back? I recommend to get new bank letter for proof of funds if the previous letter is more than 3 months old. Or better to be on the safer side, get new letter anyway, as it is not difficult to get the bank certification letter.

buddy take the fresh statement, don't waste the time and kick back the application

Also look at the forms that has changed since you filled out your forms
CIC is returning lots of application because of use of old forms so make sure all the forms are recent one

Can I send the same photos and just put some white correction on the date since my husband is abroad and cant get a new photo?
how about the forms? can I just put correction ink on the date signed by my husband dated last june because he is not here to sign

returned application sept 23 2014 as per cio emai due to incomplete applicationl..application not received yet..3142 noc..plan to reapply asap

As per August 1 2014 checklist (IMM5612E)- photos must be taken within 6 months. Check the current one as I know there is an updated checklist. If your photo was taken within 6 months (or as per current IMM5612E), then do not do anything, you are okay or else you will need to send new photos.

Using ink correction is not a good idea. I recommend you get your husband to sign and courier it to you if he is not with you.
