My passport copies that i had sent has the entry/exit date stampings. Anyways thanks for the information. Appreciate all replies and feedbacks.
Then you must have the I-94 also? Look, the visa copies and entry exit stamp is not enough. Give them what they want, also before looking into all of this, you need to ensure your NOC is included in the new list.
Yes i do have the I-94. But never is there a mention of it in the application guide. Just says, do send copy of visa if you are in another country other than your home country.

I concur with what New Yorker saying, however would it not be wise to first contact CIC to find out exactly what they want, you do not want to send in forms you "think" they might want, too have them all sent back again.

Is there way to contact these people? Would they respond? Please let me know.

I would think that contacting the office where you initially lodged your application would be your best bet, surely having returned your application they would have supplied some or other type of contact number together with a reference number. It would think it ludicrous to do enquiries at the Buffalo office if you lodged your application elsewhere.

Yes, as per your first post, now on their letter it clearly says you need to send I94

Please donot waste time on the inquries. Those at the CIC call centres are not always "informed" and would not entertain specific questions in details, resulting in often rude or cold replies. You would drain your head and ruin your day doing nothing but getting depressed by the treatment you got.

As mentioned. Do exactly what the letter you received says. If you beat around the bush you're complicating and delaying your case. After all this mess do you think its GOOD idea to waste more time until new tough rules show on your doorsteps like say in few months?

Also next time give all the information. Yes its understood that you add copies of all stamped pages/visas you ever got when you apply for an immigration. You seem to be a genuine applicant. Just comply with CIC letter and you would be in canada in no time. Make sure you provide all documents + a letter with explanation if needed on issues you're not sure they would understand while processing your application. The more information you provide them the better. If they discard information that's alright

also note you donot have had to sit in IELTS if you had attached a certified letter "form" all schools + workplace etc that the medium of education was in english. If you ever worked in any position dealing with public eg. customer service, checkout operator etc etc. you could have mentioned that as well. This is enough to prove that you're comfortable with english language. They donot always want your stories unless backedup by stamped paper document. BUT now since they've already asked for IELTS scores, IMHO you comply with that intead of letters, because it might look like you're avoiding test.

Yes hunny i agree with you, but it was after they sent my application back that they had included the letter not before. The point i'm trying to make is they could have put the specifications in their application guide instead of returning the application back saying such and such is needed.

I donot want to be rude but seems like you donot seem to get the point. Donot waste time trying to make immigration look fool. Try to find a workaround to deal with fools instead. CIC could easily provide you some silly online document sitting under a million documents in support of their decision and would tell you its your duty to be informed about it not their duty to spoon feed applicants. My sincere advise for your own good is donot waste time and start practicing for english test if you haven't done so.

I am not saying that it was your fault only, however if you were not sure, you should have taken an advise on this forum or from a representative. Since now the dust is cleared and you understand everything, you now need to re-apply.

Also, as I mentioned earlier you need to first check if your NOC is on the list, otherwise they will reject your application again.

I have the same problem my application was returned and I found out that my job was not on the 38-list,
the point is buffalo will just accept the application and will forward to Detroit or wherever you want to be processed
in the end, the rule will prevail, they will send you a letter stating that you did not meet the requirements to become
established on Canada. That's it! For me I am not going to send back my application until the new rule will be revised.
It's pointless!
