God forbid they return my application , would they also return the fee payment form ? or they will destroy this. I am concerned because if they send the fees payment form and the parcel gets into wrong hand then I will be in big problem as there is confidential information.

They will return the whole package, that includes all forms (including payment form). Dont worry, if you have labelled self address evelop correctly, it will not be a problem, and be optimistic..hopefully you will get through without rejection of your application !
