So you are in Canada and applied for an extension in 2019? How were you eligible for an extension? Did you change employers and apply for extension instead of applying for a new work permit? What is the job/NOC and your experience? Did you provide reference letters? What is your status now - visitor?I applied for work permit exntesion in August 2019.
Then i got reply april 2022
My application doesn't meet criteria for this job.
I had positive lmia although got negative answer.
Please advice me. What should i do????

I would apply to restore your status to visitor immediately. If you are working, you'll need to stop since the application has been refused.I applied for work permit exntesion in August 2019.

Ircc taking 28 months for the result is too long time. Noc 6311 no need experience required
NOC 6311 in the ESDC databases does state experience needed. It states either a diploma or several years in the food industry.Should i hire immigration lawyer or file restoration??

So your LMIA is for 6211, not 6311. Was the LMIA completed incorrectly or you just typed the NOC wrong in your question? As stated in NOC 6211, you show past experience in retaial so show your employment letters to show that you can do the job. It doesn’t not state “No experience necessary.”What should i do next please let me know?

Now my status is expired and have 90 days for restoration

Hi all I want to ask you guys that I want to apply my sister’s sponsorship. Her visa got rejected few times of visitor and work permit that she applied though representative. But now I want to give her sponsorship to come to Canada. Is that possible? I am Canadian permanent residence of Canada for more than four years now . Please and thank you
This has nothing to do with LMIAs. But you can only sponsor her if you have no spouse, children, parents, grandparents.
