Application Rejected

Dear friends,

i have now decided to re apply for the PR under FSW for 0213 category.I had applied earlier for the FSW under 0213 and got rejected. But now what are my chances of getting approved for the FSW under fast track . will they have any details regarding my previous application and the rejection details.

and i want to know for sure if we don't need to send the resume because most of the friends who gave their valuable suggestions mentioned that to send the documents to Sydney office we don't need to send the resume. If so what additional documents i need to send.

I am working as a system and storage administrator.

Please do guide me

As far as the job title is concerned its mentioned as Sr. engineer but the job responsibilities and the job details are clearly explained or rather pin point explanation of the job nature and the only mistake i guess happened is in a particular column of resume i had mentioned the designation as Sr.Engineer and that messed up the things as well......

If i have to reapply can i make changes in resume and provide all the authenticated copies like a

1)job validation copy.
2)managerial or administration related certificates
3) Authorized letters stating that the job responsibilities mentioned are being carried out in the company or organization

so and so

would these things work........................

ARK - no need for resume to Sydney. I don't think it enhances your chances but it definitely can't hurt. You said that your wife's duties are exactly those of 0213. This is what you have to think about. There are many jobs that are at senior position and at management position that have the same responsibility description but in practice managing a team as a manager is different from managing a team as a senior programmer (as an example). This is where you have to be careful. If you have management responsibilities (even if your title is senior programmer), you have to emphasize the management part with respect to the duties. I know people who have been analyst who have managed a budget but it was quite different from managing a budget of a division but can be described as "manage a budget". So be careful on this note.

a 10page resume??? In places like Canada (and most of the western nation) one does not ever do a 10 page resume unless one is an academic. If someone sends me a ten page resume, it would be hard to believe that the person is in a management position because people in management positions come across resumes all the time and they should know it shouldn't be 10 pages. This is just my opinion but saying it out so you could re-think about 10 page resume.

ok i will cut it short regarding the resumes and put in some specific points which they look for like the job responsibilities and the job duties being performed...

A resume should not be more than 2 pages, Maximum 3!!!
