Application rejected- rapply?!

Hi,

My application was sent in last week of May and got rejected cause of incorrect NOC Code for s/w engineer. The code did not appear on the new NOC list. Can any one suggest when can I reapply? Can i reapply now? or have to wait till I get my application fees refunded?

You may re-apply ASAP,if you have enough funds.
If I may ask, why would you want to re-apply if your occupation is not on the ministerial list?

If your duties do not match with 0213, then you will not qualify
If you change your duties to 0213, you will be refused again for misrepresentation

This in my view will be no misrepresentation.A misrepresentation is a false statement of fact made by one party to another.
What if he fulfilled the 0213 criteria, anytime before? All he needs is one-year experience in the last 10 years, isn't it? correct me if I am wrong. Again, what if he has proof of experience and for all he won't loose his money anyway.
 
swtangel16, when was your draft en-cashed?

I also applied last week of May under same NOC 2173 and expecting rejection but still no reply from CIC. Mine draft was en-cashed on June 28th.
 
if the duties of 0213 fit any jobs that you had in the last 10 years then you should apply. You should have done that job for at least one year.
