Application Rejected ......New Application

Hi,

So I had hired a consultant to file the case for express entry on my behalf . Following are the time lines of my application .

1. ITA received 10th January
2. Documents Submitted 4th April
3. Application Rejected 11th April

No Further action after that, profile was never re submitted nor did the consultant resubmit any documents.

Reason for Application Rejection:

The police clearance certificate you provided with your application is not acceptable as it doesnot cover the full period of time spent in Pakistan . You have indicated your address/ personal history that you reside in Pakistan from 2004/**/** to 2018/**/**

A full review of your application was not performed . There may be other elements, no identified above, which may also be missing or incomplete

Now I have a few questions.

1. 60 Calendar days have passed, if i resubmit my application , do I need to give a reference of my old application or do I not? I mean Do i select the option I applied for EE before or do I select NO?

2. If yes, what if I change my employment history in the new application as I was told by my consultant he had used an incorrect NOC and he also produced a fake work experience to get a maximum score. Will this affect my new profile if the work experience is different this time?

3. I am using genuine work experiences this time , Since my score totals to 473 with whatever actual experience I have. I need guidance on building my application to accuracy this time to avoid the chances of rejection.

I need an expert's guidance on this matter. I have already made a profile on CIC and I have mentioned that I once applied before for the express entry , but the ITA hasn't been generated yet , there is still time in the next draw.

2. Yes - it's possible different work experience in your new application will affect application processing time and cause CIC to look at your application much more closely. It doesn't matter who provided the fake work experience - it's your application so you are held responsible (not your agent).
3. Too bad you didn't use real work experience the first time. Make sure you only use real work experience this time. As stated above, be prepared for the processing of your application to possibly take longer and make sure you have strong evidence to prove your real work experience.

What is the best way of making my profile safe this time. I only wish my consultant had taken my consent before making this blunder . Should I write to CIC about this?

you could try and explain this out in the LOE upon receiving the ITA once again but it does not change the fact that you are yet responsible for your application since even though you may have designated a representative to take care of the application yet you are ultimately responsible for what is submitted.
but perhaps you can call these agents out in a public forum so that everyone might be informed about such agents that fake work experiences and be wary about such scenarios and perhaps even avoid this particular agency wherever it is that you are from.
