Thanks for the suggestion. but what I did was, I requested a refund on my previous payment and resubmitted a full payment including the RPRF with the official receipt. Then I attached a screenshot of the fees I paid as the receipt didn't indicate how much is the application fee and how much is the biometrics. I also sent them a webform request on the application to make sure they listed the correct amount of fees, and filed a serval complains to ask them to educate their staff better. This really sucks.
Why are you asking for a refund ? You just have to apply the same receipt you sent to them

Because I thought it maybe that they can't recognize that payment, so I decided to pay again in full including RPRF totalling $1290. Otherwise, I cannot explain why they returned my application.
I checked if an application is refused, can ask for full refund.

Just check your application again and reapply. If everything checks out and nothing is missing raise a webform asking why it happened . If they acknowledge their mistake they could put your application in the original queue. Good luck maybe some new rookie made a mistake
