Thanks for so much helpful information!!
I applied outside of Australia and have my friend sent to me once she received my letter.
What worries me is that I dont think it is easy for me to download a certified fingerprint record from the local police. Is it really necessary?

How long did the whole process take for Australian PCC? Till the time you receive it.

For mine was a physical print that you need to obtain from your local police station. I did not need to download anything. Walk in to the office, fill up a form, tell them what is for, got my prints done (not digital) and out of there in an hour.

For me it is not that easy...
The au pcc is as quick as 1-2 weeks time.

Thats pretty fast. I was reading some where that AFP takes about 30 days for the whole processing.

@dency You need to follow up very closely with Vic Roads. Have you called them and find out the status?

In my case, I just received my Vic Roads documents on 17th July after my first submission on June 21st. Partly as I do not have my licence number with me and the number of calls I made to them were quite ridiculous. Try calling +613 9854 2388. I applied for Vic Road Full License History on june 14 via mail. So far i didnt got any response.Is thr any payment for that ? If so how ? I didnt find any link for that. If i have a friend in Australia, can i authorize her to collect it from Vic Roads. How much time is required to get this Vic Road Full License History. Plz help me with ur suggestions. Thanku

It's much quicker if you can have a friend in AU get the letter for you first.

Wrote to AFP to inquire about my application. Response came in within an hour that they have received it and will try to expedite my application as I told them that my application dateline is quite near.

Was not a license holder. Just got Learner permit. I uploaded the same in my application

Exact same situation as mine. Licence number = Learner permit also. Does not make a difference.

If you have that number on hand with you, simply go to the below link:
https://billing.vicroads.vic.gov.au/driverhistory

Select "Complete Driver History Report - $18.50". Follow the instructions there.

If you do not have this number, do the following:

1. Go to: VicRoads main Website
2. Top Right Hand Corner there is a search Button. Click that and type in "Record Search"
3. The 1st result that comes out is a PDF file. Download that file and fill up all the necessary sections. You can put a foreign mailing address if you are not in the country. That is fine.
4. Get your 100 Points documents verification
5. Email all documents to: licence.searches@roads.vic.gov.au and also CC DEMERITS@roads.vic.gov.au

Give them about 10 to 20 business days to come back to you. If by then nothing, call them at the number which I have provided earlier.

I have one more doubt..is " complete driver history report " same as " Full License History " ??? Bcz in my Rejection letter, thy asked me to submit full License history. But i couldnt find the exact title in the given link.

Could you tell us after how days since e-AOR you got the Rejection Letter. All the best for the future application.

If you can get new PCC within 2-3 weeks time, then get it and send explanation email and fax with new PCC to CPC Ottawa (if you are FSW-O). They will reopen your case within month time if new PCC is accepted. It happened with me too, mine was rejected in 6 days after AOR and then I submitted new PCC for that country. My case was reopened in 1 month time.

What was the reason for your rejection? Did you pass Meds, and was your BG in IP1 or NA??
