Application Rejected - Fees Refund Query

Hi, My sisters application got rejected in July 2009. I received an email of email rejection (no further correspondence) and that payment will be refunded soon.
We have still not received payment back even after a delay of 5 months.

Has anyone any idea or experience of how long does the refund process takes.

If you are talking about CIO, Sydney, my fee was refunded in four weeks in Canada and it says refund may take four to eight weeks. Better to call them and ask.

Indeed I am talking about fees refund from CIO, Sydney.

I applied from Pakistan. Has anyone got details of where to call and whom to contact for fees refund
