Application rejected-Cec. HELP

My application was rejected today due to 'police check wasnt acceptable '. I gave them exactly what they wanted, its in colour and the correct type of check for Australian applicants. CAN SOME HELP WHY THIS WOULD BE REJECTED? What should i do ???

CIC asks traffic history from some Australian territory. Did you check yours? There are several cases rejected because of that issue.

Im from Sydney. Only qld and Victoria need those checks

I need to call them, any ideas how to get through to an agent??

Are you sure you provided everything is written on this website?

If yes, and you think the rejection is their mistake you can raise a CSE.

I went to the bank to get my POF. They dd everything properly. The only thing missing was the contact number and e-mail address. When I told them, they said we will write it by hand. Would tht be okay?
The paper will have all signatures and stamps.
