Hi everybody,

My application was rejected a 6 weeks ago, I applied for the NOC 0811 Primary production managers, little did I noticed that it was for natural resources. My rejection letter said:

You have indicated that you have work experience in an occupation with the following NOC (National Occupational Classification) code: 0811 – ANODIZED AND PAINT MANAGER. Although this NOC code corresponds to the occupations specified in the Instructions identified by the Minister, you have not provided sufficient evidence that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational description of the NOC, including all of the essential duties.
After taking into consideration the work experience supporting documentation on file, I am not satisfied that you have performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the position as described in NOC. As such, I am not satisfied that you are a 0811 – PRIMARY PRODUCTION MANAGER.

I guess my actual NOC is 0911 Manufacturing manager. I have a good score, like 78 or 79, have enough funds to settle... is there a way that I could appeal what should I do? it is my familys and mine uttermost desire to go to Canada.. anywhere in Canada. What should I do?

regards,
