Application refused! Question

Hello everyone,
I have a question and hoping someone will have a quick answer. I applied for fsw with job offer two weeks ago but I received an email of ineligibility from CIO Sydney since I did not have a job description for my main part of experience. In this case will they return the application package? I was hoping I can use some of the documents eg pcc and ielts to reapply. Please let me know.

They might send whole package.

They will send back the whole package and you can use everything again and include the experience letter with full detail of your job responsibilities so......

Write them a mail to send your documents back. CIO doesn't return documents by default.

Actually his/her application is refused at Nova Scotia so at this stage all documents by CIO must be returned i do not know where do you live..........but in Pakistan through normal mail that takes almost two months...
