May I dont understand where I went wrong with providing my details. I attached my father bank statement, my flight ticket and my reason of visit. Can you help me with this. Thank you

1. What is your immigration status in KSA?

2. Are you employed or are do you have a dependent visa based on your dad's visa?

3. Do you have family/relatives in Canada?

4. Plane tickets don't assure a TRV. It's not wise to buy tickets before visas are issued

1. Im a permanent resident in KSA (Jeddah) and I have an Iqama.

2. Unemployed. Just came back from Malaysia donr with my studies.

3. My sister, but she just moved to Canada this month she just got married.

4. The plane ticket was not the original ticket it was for my submitting my documents as they asked for travel ticket or itinerary. I would confirm my ticket once I received my visa.

What should I do next ? Do i apply again for visit visa or should I apply for study visa.
Thank you

You do not seem to have established ties at your country of residence (job, assets, family etc.). Your chances of obtaining the tourist visa are pretty low as you pose a high risk of overstaying your visa.

You don't have any ties to KSA, Pakistan, or Malaysia.

IMO, you must NOT reapply until you are able to demonstrate well-established ties to at least KSA and/or Pakistan:
1. The Iqama won't help on it's own. It only confirms you have legal, temporary immigration status in KSA.

2. You find suitable employment that pays well by the economic standards of KSA/Pakistan and/or you have unique work responsibilities.

3. You have adequate finances of your own as a working adult without depending on your dad to pay for your visit.

4. Any other ties/reasons to return to KSA/Pakistan.

5. Travel to other visa-required countries could help to some extent

As for the study visa, would it be a linear progression of your education? Have you been accepted by a DLI institute? Would you be applying for a Masters program or a Ph.D? You need to consider these points. You can post your replies in the International Students section.

Do keep in mind that applying shortly for a study permit shortly after a TRV refusal might seem like you are desperate to move to Canada

I asked a travel agent to book my ticket. They book a ticket through Sabre or Galileo or other software. Travel agents will help you make a bogus ticket. Look for agencies in USA that provide with such facilities. That's how i got mine.

Start by reading other posts in the visitors section of this forum to gain understanding of how others got visitor Visa after refusal.
Employment, financial standing and purpose of visit along with ties to your home country shape up the possibility of approval. If you go through other posts and read what people did, you will be able to match it to your situation and hopefully get approved.
Good luck.

Ok thank you
