I just reieved back my application under NOC 2232, they sais that i didn't attach Arabic original copy from Birth of Certificate.
The UCI no. was written inside
Can i resend back the application to them with the missing certificate?
 
That is too sad. Unfortunately you will not be able to send your application back. You will have to apply through Express Entry. Good Luck!
BTW, when was your application received by CIC and when did they do the check?
Please let us know.

I am Dilip Kumar from saudi arabia. I applied under NOC 2232 and application reached on 23rd Dec and still waiting for news from CIC. so did cic reject ur application b/c of birth certificate ?

1. Did u not sent original birth certificate with ur application ?
2. when did ur fsw courier reached?
3. when did u get the reply from cic?

I have sent the photocopy of original birth certificate with notary. I have also attached photocopy of Iqama and it's translation to english from translator.


If ur indian, why they need arabic? could you please elaborate wht cic has mentioned, b/c i could not understand wht u have written.
 
They recieved tha application on Dec.10 and the enclosed showing that they started reiewing it on the next day Dec.11, their stamp is showing like this.
So wierd.
 
Hi dimiry, Am Egyptian not Indian.
Again, it was recieved Dec.10 and i just recieved it back Feb.24
But it showing they had reviewed it very soon just the next day of recieving.
Anyway, i attached a photocopy form the Birth certificate by english, it's not translated it's english original.
Their comment was "arabic original copy from Birth certificate should accompany with the translated one'

I think they thought it's a translated one but actuyally it's not, it's english original.
What a silly mistake from them

waooo what a mistake from them. CIC is making some mistakes this day I hope they are not trying to rush fsw14 because of EE
 
you can consult some lawyer or wrte drectly to CIC clarfying the stuaton frst

Feel sorry for you. Have you not submitted the BC translated in english in you initial application ?
