i found a lot of job offers in this site my friend in my field as a restaurant manager and assistant manager, but what is the next step?
That's what I told you it was wanted many workers here in Canada.
In fact in every sector of the economy

i understand now that is to apply in PNP in any province i must have this job offer and LMO first and live in canada at least 9 months to be able next to apply as PR..is that right??
No that's not quite right.
After the 9 months you can apply for PNP.
If they accept your application and get the nomination of the province.
Only then can you apply yourself to the PR.
And the processing times are very different.
The PNP application alone to me has taken 4 months.

i'm sorry my friend for my confussion, i can't imagine that i get work permit and then get visa and go to canada without applying application first? am i right now??
The work visa is a visa yet.
With the visa you can come to Canada.
And you are allowed to work.
And the authorities are reviewing your qualifications, whether you fulfill the requirements for work visas
So this is already an application for the visa.
And yes, the employer must apply for the LMO.
And there is also checked whether the foreign applicant meets the requirements.

there is no way to be PR in canada directly except applying to federal skilled workers and it delays now to the next year ..right?
Yes that's right.
The Immigration Department has stopped the program.
There are new regulations next year.
And what will change because no one knows yet.
And in the federal program you must reach the score.
t??

now, how to contact an employer? is it normally by email they post in the website? and how to choose the most suitable one??
That's one million dollar question.
How do you find a good employer.
In your case, I would to apply at the great well-known hotels.
Or large resorts. You are viewing the vacancies on the Internet.
Then look at the website of the employer
And then send your application materials to them.
And you may get lucky and you find an employer.
Who knows.

So I did it, and I have found.
After only 10 applications.

another thing, how to know if this employer has LMO or not??
Employers know that they need a LMO.
If they want to hire a foreign worker.
And that's the problem.
Many employers do not want to do this or have no idea how it's done.
Therefore apply to the major hotels or resorts.
They have the experience with the LMO process

is there a good chance for me to get this job contract and LMO in your point of view???
What can I say?
I think everyone has opportunities
For one, it goes faster.
For some it takes a long time.

what is the procedures exactly??
I have written
You must find an employer.
Then you need from the employer, the LMO and the job offfer
And then you can apply for a work permit.
If the employer does not have any LMO, he must first apply for a.
And that can take up to a couple of months.

how do the employer and the visa office make sure that i'm honest and that i really have sufficient experience in my field to get a work permit??
This is a risk on both sides.
You do not know the employer.
And the employer does not know you.
So there is always a trial.
Sometimes everything goes well.
And sometimes not.

i need to know really if i have i big chance in this program with all condition specially in BC
You have all the opportunities in Canada.
And search for jobs at major hotels and resorts.
Since the odds are probably higher.

One might say I have.... ::)
It may also be the employer, not later supported by the PNP.
Because then he will know that you can apply for PR.
And if you have the PR and you are free to work wherever you want.
I know employers here where I live that do not provide support.
And the foreign workers have no chance.
They have to find a new employer.
Which of course is not easy.
??

another personal question, what is your nationality my friend?? can i speak with you by phone??
I come from Western Europe.
Phone is not a good idea because of the time difference between Europe / Egypt and Canada
I can reply via PM here in the forum. If I have time.

thank you very much again for all your effort my friend and plz forgive me for all these questions ...
Yes, the questions from you, do not fit on the subject here.
You would have to start a new topic.
Therefore I will not write any further on this topic here.

few last questions :)
how long it will be taken to be in canada if i got this job offer?? what i need to submit in the embassy here in Egypt after this job offer to get my visa?? and what will it cost??
i understand now that applying in PNP will be in canada after living there at least 9 months..right?? and then if i got the nomination i can then apply in PR in canada too ...right??
thank you my friend

it varies from case to case.

senior members might have something to say about it but i have noticed it all depends upon individual case. for some its 2 weeks, for some its 6 months.

I am new here. I am waiting also for my PPR, my status is still application received and medical received already. I applied May 2011 last year. They received my application on May 27, 2011 no update yet till now. :(

Congrats haybu12!!

Thanks, Seulkiro. Yeap, I know that feeling of waiting for PPR and not sure when it's coming. I was already depressed last week because I was thinking I would get it in July. And thank goodness, before the month ends, I got PPR. Is your file in Seattle?
