Application Received March/April/May 2011 Waiting For PPR

I got my GCMS last week. Funny, the GCMS was generated on 19-June but I only received it last week.

I couldn't find any mention of Ottawa other than Medical results received by Ottawa HMB. As per the GCMS, my file is still in Buffalo.

I see the following under eligibility.

Type: Eligibility EC-QC/PNP
Status: Recommend Passed
Status Update: 05/25/2012
Due Date: 08/29/2012

Security - Not Started
Criminality -Not started
Medical - Passed for me, the status is blank for my spouse.

Does anyone know the difference between Criminality and Security check? Many of the sections appear blank for my spouse. I can only think of privacy law of not to disclose medical results of spouse since I applied for GCMS. Does anyone have a similar experience?

I got my notes last week, and pretty much all sections were blank for my spouse. I guess you are right they wouldn't disclose the info other than mine because of the privacy law or something.

Under assessments though, it says medical passed so I'm assuming that my spouse and I both passed the medical. Otherwise, it would have been in progress.

i just want to explain and ask about something ...

about me:
i am 36 years old and single
i have more than 10 years work experience in restaurant and food services in Egypt including 4 years as restaurant manager
i have more than 15 CDR bank account
my English is good according to the british council level test
i have a bachaler in animal science - faculty of agriculture - cairo university (i have also some experience in my study feild)
some training certificates during my studying
many English courses certificates and "basic in french"

as i got rejection one month later because of my ielts score but i want to reapply one more time
i know that skilled workers immigration program stops accepting any files till mid of 2013
so i found that the provincial nomination program is good for me..

i thought of manitoba or sasketchewan (they are suitable for me i guess)

i am confused about some steps in the process from the begining ..
first what about job offer ?? i mean shoud i get job offer first of all from an employer in the province ??which means i have to contact any employer in canada by email or whatever to obtain an official letter to proove that i have an offer???? if is true tell me plz how to start..

and after that should i submit my application to the province adress attached with my job offer letter??

and then after i get acceptance..should i submit my main application to the centerlized intake in canada and so on ??

what about the processing time??
what about fees??? is there two application fees??one to the province and the other to the centerlized intake??? how is that??

plz my dear help me to get understanding and to know how to start ...

The due date is Sept 22 2012, and it said my file is still in Buffalo. I think it is being transferred to other VO.

It is really a decision in which province you want to go, or rather you find a job.
Because only then can I tell how it goes.

I can only tell from BC.
And there you have to find an employer.

any way i really thout about BC but the reason which make me thought about SK or manitoba is that they have few people there compared to BC .. i just thought about what province needs more people...

what i understand is:
PNP to any province is that One of Canada’s provinces or territories can nominate you to settle and work there ..which means to be PR in Canada ..
but at first i have to get job offer from some employment "official offer" to be eligible and submit the applicaion to the province i want to settle .. i don't know the way i should contact the employer in canada but i know that i must meet NOC with my profission ...
if im qualified then i ll get the nomination letter to submit it with the second application to the immigration department ..

now my profission is included skill level A as a restaurant manager .. you said i should go to canada at first by work permit and then apply to PNP .. i understand that i got a job offer n then apply to be PR and get the visa ... that's why im confused my friend ..
i want to come to canada as PR once .. unless there is no other way except getting work permit at first ...
