Received the returned pp and COPR after 9 Business day ;D. Canada Post almost lost my package! Canada Lost!!!
My eCAS still shows in progress... Have no idea about it...

I sent my passport on April 9 and it delivery to FORT ERIE on April 12. When I track it on line it shows Item processed at local delivery facility. It isn't show successful delivery. How did u know they received your package?

I mailed with a prepaid CP Priority Next A.M. and required a signiture for receiving, but they threw my package in the return mail area of my apartment without noticing me. It's lucky I found it.

SO I received a very weird reply from buffalo I am going to copy and paste what I sent and what they replied?

I have applied for permanent residency on April 2011 and I still didn't receive any updates since my medicals were done in September 2011. Most of the applicants received their updates or PPR, therefore I kindly request you to update me about my file. I will really appreciate your act of kindness as It's been 7 months since I received any update on my file.

That is weird...I think they got from ur mail that you havent heard from them since you applied in Apr. Hence they are resending the medical forms...You should probably clearly mention again.

Yes .. It says app received and medicals received m so tense

I dont think thats what they got. They thought that you did not get their medical forms and that is why they are re sending them. I advise you to reply them and tell them that you received your medical forms on this date and did your medicals on this date and they received your medical results on this date. Then also mention that your ECAS got updates in regards to your meds being received on this date.

Then ask them politely, that if they thought that you did not get the medical forms and if medicals need to be re done?

Sim I suggest u email Buffalo asap. Also scan your medical receipts that you received from the doc and attach it to your email.

No way you wont. I think it was a mistake on their part and they may just give you PPR for their screw up

Hi, guys, I followed this thread for long time...I am April applicant, and my case just been transferred to Los Angles....How long more time I need to wait for PPR from Los Angles office? Please let me know, thank you guys very much! I am really depressed now.....
