My file got transferred to Seattle today. Anyone know what the consequences of that could be? Or what I should expect?

there is a way for inland but they will do once a month. You local CIC office will tell you the procedure. My friend did landing in city i can check with him

I guess thats movement. You could probably search the forums to see other people's experiences with Seattle. For some I have read that they werent too happy with Seattle as they can be a bit slow. But your luck might be different.

Yeah they emailed me this morning. No change in my ecas. Still just says they rec'd medicals.

My ecas changed to "medical has been recieved" since 17th of Nov 2011.
No updates from then on!
Any got any updates with the same timeline?

after decision made what time frame when u got medical request

Atleast it means they are working on our files nd they are npt eating dust !! Buh i wonder why would they leave certain months in middle nd start doin next ones..no offence but I mean almost evryone is waiting from March-april..!! Buffalo is a mystery

I think they are always working on our files. Like I genuinely don't think they are just sitting around scratching the asses . I'm just disappointed now cause it looks like I will probably have another 4/5 months before I hear anything again.

LOL the harsh reality is they do sit on their asses and do nothing for a long long time. My GCMS notes proved that...

And u wont have to wait 5 months before u hear something again. Seattle is slow but prob not THAT slow
