I know it's hard to wait until everything is settled.
But when I see your time line you're still in the proof of their processing time.
That's 15 months, with application procedures outside of Canada.
( Outside of Canada does not mean VO in Canada It is clear )
You are now only in the 13th month of processing time.

does reappearance of address on my status means anything or just a routine thing???.i am waiting for medicals n submit additional doc a month ago n today my address reappear on my ecas status.

I actually cant log on to ECAS anymore. It stopped working the day after I landed

Same thing happened to me too this morning. Address reappeared after it disappeared in Jan. Ecas still says Application Received. Does that mean that my application will be in process or something? Mine never got transferred. It probably means it got transferred to Ottawa with Buffalo office closing I think. I have no idea. I guess it's slowly moving. Hopefully, I get PPR before my work permit expires this Sept.

My Address on Ecas too, that reappeared after it disappeared in Jan.
probably it happened on so many applicant ....
Yesterday, It was hard to connect with Ecas, then i thougt that they are doing something on it now.. :'(
but my file is not Canada any more :-[
