Anyone know exactly what the format of this should be?

I sent a Job Offer to the VO in Seattle.
The same as for the extension of the WP.
Of course, with the start and expected end date
It has been so recognized.
So not that complicated.

only took 7 business days for them to send my passport back. very fast

I've got my second GCMS notes today. Pretty much the same as the first one:
Eligibility: Passed
Security: Empty
HIRV: Empty
Criminality: Passed
Org Crime: Empty
Medical: Passed
Misrepresentation: Empty
Other Reqs: Empty
Final: Empty

Nothing's changed in terms of all "Date"...

Although most part of the notes are not changed, I still have some questions regarding the "Security" section. Under "SUB ACTIVITIES":
Created Date: 2012/05/21 (Ecas shows "in process" on that day, same as the first GCMS notes)
Updated Date: 2012/05/21
Type: Security Screening
Status: Not Started
Due Date: 2012/07/20

However, there is one thing changed which is interesting: under "SECURITY":
Status Updated Date:
In the first GCMS notes it is empty (I think security is confidential so when generating GCMS notes they always cover this part). But in the second GCMS notes the date is not fully covered. Based on the revealed characters I think the "Status Updated Date" is something like 2012/07/21 (or 01, or 04, or 24). Since the "Due Date" is 2012/07/20, I think the "Status Updated Date" is probably 2012/07/21, which means, although the Status says "Not Started", they are actually working on Security? It's just they have not completed it? But why don't they update the "Due Date" to something else like 08/21...

So is there anyone else who has the same "Status" as mine but they have confirmed their Security is actually in process? I just want to make sure they are working on my file, not just never touch it...

today i got email frm cic.they said my medical is expired on 27 sept. so there would not be sufficent time for the process .therefore they are in process of checking wid medical dept. if medical can extanded and if not then i must re do medical.

But still I have not received my passport.I rad your thread you received your passport. I am sure mine is on the way. I live in Northern BC. Just want to know where you live sothat I can figure out postal duration for me. Please let me , If you don't mind. I am concerned about post as they are sending in first class mail.

Did you ask them specifically? like you sent them email or they just warned you on their own.

You should have received your passport now. I also live in Northeastern part of BC. My visa was stamped on August 14th and received it on the 23rd. There must be a problem with the mailing system.

Hi everyone,
Just wondering is there anyone's ecase changed to "DM" around last friday but still not get their passport or the tracking number still not work yet?

My boyfriend got his status changed to "DM" last Friday, his passport was received by Detroit VO on Aug15, but till now, he still not be able to tracking his passport by Canada post tracking number! We live in Calgary! Please help to track the timeline!

Hi mine is seattle office. ECAS DECISION MADE ON August 20. Not received Passport. But seattle office send only in First class mail. I am not able to track either. Getting so nervous and Praying to God.

August 17th. Just wait this week. You might get your passport back. I think CIC is confident that the USPS will not let important documents get lost especially if the sender is a government office.
