you asked @ peterbilt, can I also answer?
My file is also sent to Seattle.
I got an email from the Buffalo VO.
There I was informed that all documents were submitted to Seattle.
Damn .. i am kind a in same boat .. though i haven't been laid off yet but the situation of RIM isn't that good .. .. I am not sure what is going to happen.peterbilt said:Hoooray for me....
Just got laid off today, after 3 years of working for the same employer and 15 months in process.
I am royally p*** off right now.
Is there anything I can do ..besides going home to Austria ? (home country)
My file is currently in Seattle and from what I have seen they request job letters!

I am royally p*** off right now.

Sorry to hear that...peterbilt said:Hoooray for me....

I email seattle three times, and they never replied my emails.
I want to email the office again, but I am afraid they are not going to reply my email again. Please advise anyone.
Thanks!
Your file is still within the processing period that is why Seattle VO is not replying back to your emails. Wait till you hit your 15 month period.whygod said:Hi guys, I am new here.

I think so too.
All under 15 months is normal for CIC.
For CIC, not for us ;D
..... Did you apply for GCMS notes?
I wonder what's the point?
Why request the GCMS?
If you know where your case is, what could that help?
I read again and again that people request it.
I do not understand the sense?
Okay if you do not know where is your file.
But if you know everything is on the way, why ask?
