Application received date vs. Courier sent date

Dear All,

As the rules have been changed and effective from 26th Jun-10, the changes will apply.

What about the application sent on 25th Jun-10 and received by CIO , NS after 26th June-10.

There will be many cases where application were sent on 25th Jun or before that and application received by CIO, NS after 26th.

Please share your opinions.

Simple, it will be returned, it had to received before 26/06/10 to be processed under old rules.
