I saw the postings too. Basically all the NS Sydney applicants in Dec/Jan/Feb are ahead of us. I think our files are mixed with the March 2012 applicants since we got our AOR at the same time with them. Buffalo held up all the files for like 2-3 months before they sent them to Ottawa I think.

Guys, I have a friend who applied to Buffalo two weeks before me got PPR today!!!! He got his AOR and MR at the end of March. We may see the light soon!

on my ecas, i can see my address now.
is that a good sign?

because i just changed my email address and mailing address via email, but i have not received from them yet, maybe that is the reason, HOWEVER, the appeared address was the wrong one. that is my address 3 years ago when i applied study permit...

my file has never been in buffalo visa office,
it was registered first time in cpp-Ottawa on 18-04-2012

so maybe our files will be treated at the same time as the files of mars 2012 applicants

I think we have more or less the same timeline. I sent in the Federal application to Buffalo visa office on 28 Nov 2011 and it was received on 14 Dec 2011. I received my AOR and medical request on 27 April 2012 and the medical examination result was received on 25 May 2012. The processing of my application started on June 22, 2012.

I am still waiting for PPR, it has been quite a while already.

I think we have the same timeline too! My file was sent to Buffalo on Nov 30, 2011, received on Dec 13. I got my AOR and MR on April 27, status changed to In Process on June 27. Medical was received sometime in May.

You guys are almost there. Mine's quite similar but a bit earlier than yours.

Ontario PNP Applicant : Received confirmation in Oct, 2011 (can't remember the exact date)
Applied for PR to Buffalo : Dec 1, 2011 (received by CIC on Dec 5, 2011 as per AOR)
AOR, Transfer to CPP-Ottawa and Medicals request: Apr 5, 2012 (Yup...all in one email to me from them)
Medicals received by CIC: May 6, 2012
Processing began : June 11, 2012 (message on ECAS)
RPRF and Passport requested: Sep 13, 2012
Documents sent : Sep 14, 2012 to Detroit via Canada Post (via Windsor mailbox dropoff).

This is my time line:

Alberta PNP : First weeks Nov, 2011
Applied for PR to Buffalo : Nov, 30, 2011
AOR, Medicals request : Apr 2, 2012 (Don't know when transferred to ottawa exactlly)
Medicals done : Apr 10, 2012 (sent the medical on Apr 20)
RPRF and Passport requested: Sep 18, 2012

My ECAS status:

We received your application for permanent residence on December 7, 2011.
We started processing your application on July 13, 2012.
Medical results have been received.

Good luck guys. Now is your time for PPR.
