Application question 13 clarification

Can someone Clarify question 13 of Citizenship application.

It is asking what immigration status I have held other than in Canada.

It is also asking when that status came into effect?

I still have Indian passport . But from when did it become effective ? Is it from date when my Indian Passport was issued or when I was born in India ?

It should be your date of birth, if you are a citizen by birth..

For Question 13, do you also need to specify if you ever held a transit visa for a country?

While visiting India I had '9' hours of layover in Dubai, so I have Entry & Exit stamp but do I need to specify that info on Question 13?

A transit visa is not immigration/citizenship status. So you don't need to mention that.

What about if someone hold F1 (Student), H1B (Worker) or H4 (Dependent) visas? Whether it needs to be included? As question says Immigration status & those F1 (Student), H1B (Worker) or H4 (Dependent) visas are non-immigrant.
