Application put from India Stamping required in Jakarta

Hi Friends,

I need help to understand how can I manage stamping on my passport?
Today my background check turned to 'In-Progress' and so I expect that PPR will follow in a week's time.

While this is good new, it is also a worrisome news for me. I had put up my EE application from India. I have been staying in India for all this time. Currently I am in Jakarta and plan to stay here till at least 7th Sept.

So, if I receive stamping instruction, how can I get it stamped from Jakarta instead of India? Do I need to inform CIC about this in advance or I can inform after getting PPR?

Also, I have not informed CIC that I have traveled to Indonesia. Will this be a problem? (CIC suggests that even after putting up the application, if you travel internationally, CIC should be updated about it)

Hi All,

Can somebody share steps for passport stamping after receiving PPR. I applied from India and currently I am in Jakarta. So, does anybody know if it is possible to get passport stamped in Jakarta?
