Application processing time in sao paulo brazil

Can someone tell me what the processing time is for consulate general of Canada in Sao paulo including the sponsor approval application as well.

From what I know it's approximately 9 months but that is supposed to the max time and doesn't usually take that long.

Thanks for the information. Just have to ask does that include the interview as well. I was told Sao Paulo everyone gets interview.

I have not heard of one sinlge person who has had an interview but I should think it includes the interview...
