Application processing options

Hi

I am Hasan from Karachi
I am going to apply for canadian immigration .Unfortunately the Canadian Government has changed it requlations for Pakistani Nationals as they have to send their documents to London inplace of Islamanbad.
so I have to send all my documents to London instead of Islamabad if they accepted my application.
wheather only processing will be performed in London while my interview will be conducted in Islamabad or interview will also perform in London
There is an question in (IMM 0008 GENERIC) form "VISA OFFICE REQUESTED FOR THE PROCESS OF YOUR APPLICATION" .What i mention here "ISLAMABAD" or "LONDON".
Can i select any other location other than the two mentioned above like "TEHRAN" or "COLOMBO".

You will mention London now as its cleared now that london is looking after the pakistani applications. Interview is normally waived but if required they will ask to Islamabad. You can only choose Tehran or Colombo if you are residing their with a 1 yr valid visa.

If the Canadian government has changed its regulations regarding Pakistani Nationals with regards to sending their documents to London instead of Islamabad, then you have to write London in your application. The only way for you to be able to choose either Tehran or Colombo is if you've been staying in those cities/countries legally for at least one year.

salam best wishes for your case .... i think that no interview for pakistan bec it is not easy to go to london . this is my opinion.they also see the ielts result for the final decision .thanks

is the NOC list narrowed down ?
and the noc 0213 has been eliminated if yes what IT professional have to do for applying?
