Application processing in CIC Buffalo

Dear All,

I got email confirmation from FSW-Centralized-Intake-Office asking to submit my documents to CIC Buffalo. It states that I need to submit all documents before 120 days. Once the 120 days has elapsed, a final eligibility of determination will be made based on the information on file.

My question is if visa office starts processing of your application only after 120 days or they will act on my application as soon as I send all documents. I got all my documents ready but my promotion is due next month(this helps in adding value to my work experience). So, should I wait for that letter and then submit my application. It make sense to wait if visa office will entertain my file only after 120 days. In case, they entertain my file as soon as they recieve it, then I would like to send it ASAP.

Please suggest.

I send my application 5 days after receiving the letter from Sydney and they send it back to me (for missing some info) which happed after 5 weeks from sending to them and I will send the application back next week (so total 6 weeks after Sydney).

That means they act directly try to send it ASAP and check everything

Hi, I feel its good to have your promotion added. but on the other hand the evaluation is mainly based on your past experience and other criteria that was considered by CIO. This means the CIC office would mostly concentrate on the evidence you may provide to support your CIO application.

Meanwhile, could you please share with me the email id of the reply as i could add the same for my contacts. I'm still waiting for my AOR.
