Application processed really quickly

Good day, I submitted my study application and now they are saying it is ready ready for collection and its only been 6 weeks and I was told it takes 14 weeks does this mean I was denied? Haven't gone to collect it

probably they moving faster or don’t have alot for this semester. I know someone who applied and in 2 weeks they got there’s.
