Application package forms help

Hello Everyone,

I recently got selected for ONIP. Now i have to fill all paper based express entry forms. I am finding it difficult to answer the questions.
Is there any step by step help that allows me to have a reference while filling the forms.
I got my approval under international graduate stream.
Please help.

These are the forms that i had to fill.
I am trying to fill the first one which IMM0008.
