Application of Indian citizens residing in USA

I am a veterinary doctor from India and now resides in USA with my spouse who is a software engineer. I do not have any work experience in USA. We would like to apply for the Canada PR. Please help us with the following
1. How to get the Police certificate from USA and India - please let us know the procedure
2. How about the education certificate verification by Canada? We have all the originals with us in the US. Please tell us the procedure for this too
3. Is there any added advantage for a US work experience of 3 years ( full time)

1. For the US, visit the FBI identity summary history website, it has the instructions and for the Indian, you would have to check the website of the nearest consulate to your current city and see the instructions on their website. (Google can help a lot here)
2. All your educational documents (based on the university in India) would need to be sent to the WES (Canada) for evaluation. Check WES website for info on specific university documents requested..
3. There is no advantage of US work experience. Its just an international work experience like any other country.
