Hi, We've applied for a Student Family Visa. Here's our application timeline:

• Lodged on December 30
• Biometrics Completed: January 03, 2024
• Medical Completed: January 05, 2024

Since then, there have been no updates. The tracker indicates that the background check is in progress, but the RE has not yet started. I'm feeling quite nervous due to recent changes in the law. Is anyone else in a similar situation?

eligibility is still under review. he got email that there is a message in your account, upon checking we see PPR request.

What is BVL? you mean biometric validity letter if yes, it was in GCkey
