Unfortunately they don't respond to confirm they have received the application. So there's no reason to worry if you haven't heard anything. It's perfectly normal!phoisgood said:
You won't hear anything until around the 10 month mark when you should receive Approval in Principal (AIP).
Also, in case you're not aware, there's a great Inland 2011 thread where people have gathered who submitted inland apps this year. I'd recommend you join for support, information, etc.

Because most people send their applications by courier (or some other form of mail where the recipient has to physically sign for the package) and they know when the package arrived at the CIC offices based on the information the courier company has reported back to them.phoisgood said:
