I understand that the process may not be only based on the submitting time. But if the delay timelines are caused by human errors, like losing or ignoring applications, should the applicants be happy for losing their time?catchvb said:No one knows it and I do not think they process based on time otherwise we all have to wait for everyone who sent before us. So time does not matter until unless some rule has changed.
In case of fee/rule they will consider the application received date. For processing it does not matter.
Check my timelines and others too who got email AOR. Are you not happy that you do not have to send the documents again and they found your application. ?
I submitted my application on July 4th, 2014, and the tracking record shows they received it on July 8th, 2014. After the specific case inquiry, they finally sent me an email AOR on Jan 8th, 2015 without indicating when they consider the application was received in the email.
