Application issue

Hi all

My agent filled an application for me two yrs ago and no response. I am filing another application for tourist visa but hope to find a job in canada so i can stay. My issue is that the first application, agent put that i am a degree holder, while i am not. I am filing the new application, do i maintain the degree or change it to secondary school or leave as it was in the previous application? I want to settle in canada. Thanks guys

If you want to settle and live in Canada then focus on immigration programs like Express Entry. Getting a job offer in Canada doesn’t let you work. You cannot lie on your TRV application. You show funds to support visit, ties to home country, travel history and valid reasons to travel.

if you are intending to immigrate with a visitor visa , you are going to put yourself and your family at risk. be aware any misrepresentation on your information or intention can lead to ban and you will not be able to apply ANY type of visa in future.

I am filing out an application for business tourist visa and this question comes up. I am a mexican resident permit holder. Pls advise if to check yes or no;
* Do you want to work in one of the following jobs? (required)

• health sciences worker
• clinical laboratory worker
• patient attendant in nursing or geriatric homes
• medical student admitted to Canada to attend university
• medical elective and physician on short term assignment
• teacher of primary or secondary schools or other teachers of small children
• domestics worker, someone who gives in-home care to children, the elderly and the disabled
• day nursery worker
