Will this delay so long b'coz our PNP will expire on 17 FEB 2018 and our medical as well on 30 MAR 2018. Medical we took last year Mar 2017.

the PNP expiry doesnt count anymore. the dates are frozen when you get the ITA. Only issue is if your application gets cancelled / rejected after PNP expiry you need to get back to the province for an extension.

Your medicals are too close to expire.. you are allowed to enter Canada only till the expity of your medicals. There are 2 things that can happen.

1 - the agent might ask you to do another medical (if the process goes on).
2 - you get the PPR but probably medicals expire (you are unable to land by then). In this case also you need to undergo medicals again.

However, the medical part has to be confirmed by experts as thats my assumption / limited knowledge.

On 09 FEB 2018, we got request for RPRF fee pay ... and we paid and send the details to IRCC as well.

Got the messages in the application that , Application is transferred , what is that mean ? and could you please let me know what is the next procedure from IRCC and how long will it take ?

Our medical report will expire on 10 APR 2018 , so bothering too much about that ... will IRCC request us to take medical again ?

Sorry guys but i dont know procedure for work permit. i dont want to give false information. If you have applied for PR via EE, share your timeline and Med passed date and current bcg status. I might be able to throw some light.

So after this how much time will it take to process the entire application and receive COPR ?

Lucky within 3 to 4 months
Average within 5 to 6 months
Unlucky within 6 to 12 months
Extremely unlucky from 12 months to infinity

- They are requested us to pay RPRF fee according to PDF file and paid on same date itself...

Does anyone give us some input for this ,
- what is this mean ?
- what is the next step from CIC ?
- How long will take ?
- Will they ask again for medical test ?, because our medical will expire 11/04/2018

We received Passport request from Delhi Immigration office on 12 Mar 2018 and they have given 30 days to submit the documents.

But our medical test result will expire on 11 APRIL 2018 . We know that visa stamping and first entry is depends on medical test expiry date.

We are in dilemma and don't know what to do,

1) Whether we need to send an email to Delhi office for taking medical test once again as a request. or to IRCC .
2) if they don't provide that option, then we will end up with very short duration to leave the country and make a first visit to Canada , if so , how long we need to stay there in Canada and come back so that we can plan for permanent move ?

Can anyone help us on providing suggestions or expert opinion please.

From other forum, some pple get there medicals extended while some dont. Bt from wat I hv read, it's best to wait for IRCC to request for a new medical n if dey don't, u can send them an email.
