Does anyone know or have similar case like mine... File from Inland sponsorship spouse, transfered to local CIC without stage approval.. Local CIC has a long timeline, so decide to withdraw and file a new outland... How is that goes? Faster? Better the embassy? I heard that embassy not approved easy I mean if you have all the proofs and you have lived with you sponsor for some time they dont approved you...

Whoever told you that cases are not approved as easily through the embassy does not know what they're talking about. There is no difference. Inland applicants also have to provide the same proofs of a genuine relationship, etc., and unless a couple is applying as common-law partners, there is no requirement at all that they have lived together. In addition, all common-law applicants HAVE to have lived together for at least one year in order to qualify as c/l partners - and that's the same whether someone applies inland or outland.

I know of one case where the couple did not provide enough proofs of their relationship with the inland ap and their ap got sent to a local office because of it. They were told it would be two years before they got an interview, so they pulled the application and applied again outland. They were careful to provide lots of proofs of their relationship with the outland application and it was finalized in only 3 months. For them it was absolutely worth it. But they also were able to apply through an embassy that had a quick processing timeline. What embassy would be assessing your application if you applied outland?

So it could be faster to just start over again with a new application. As I said, I know it worked out really well for the one couple - thing is there is just no way to know for sure with CIC. And, if there was an interview, you'd have to go to Mexico City and then there's no guarantee of getting back into Canada after - especially now that Mexico is non-visa-exempt. Do you have any idea why they transferred your application to the local office? What is your temporary status in Canada?

Yes, Well I got my FOSS notes in February and I saw that they checked everything I sent my medicals exams and criminals records with the original application ( 1 year ago) and they said that just few pictures of the wedding with some friends... I guess is just because of the pictures... I dont have a status right now.. so if i go a head with outland application I will need to leave the country or try to apply for a student visa or visitor permit so i can stay here until they call me for interview.. even if i submitt all the proofs ( I have more now) all the pictures, papiers, letters, they will request interview.. all the mexicans are call for interview...

Apply from outland, it's way faster and the first stage approval is a matter of 53 days right now if everything is complete.
Plus your case will be prioritized from those who apply from inside Canada. You don't have to wait a year just for an interview to make sure that your relation is genuine. Also you can appeal if they refuse your sponsorship application, and background checks are faster.
good luck.

Yes I think the best option is outland unless I heard something in a couple months..
