Application in ECAS Inprogress - Need to pull money out of canadian account

Folks,

Here is my status in ECAS:
Permanent Residence

We received your application for permanent residence on December 23, 2013.

We started processing your application on July 5, 2014.

Medical results have been received.

Now i have urgent need and have to empty my canadian bank account & i am in Australia now, so would like to quickly understand what am i risking...or is that ok?

Please share your experience and thoughts!

There is minimum risk at this point as CIC won't know that you emptied your bank account. When you get your CoPR and decide to land at a Canada port of entry, you might be asked the question why you emptied your accounts, and if you currently have enough funds to sustain yourself and your dependents. They might not even ask you for proof of funds..
