That will be really late my friend.

What I suggest is prepare everything before your test and dispatch your application the day to you receive your ielts report card.

Dear Seniors,
I am planning to apply for FSW under NOC 2281 (Computer Network Technicians) on 4th Nov 2014. Please advice me, is it late to apply or not.
Following are my details:

NOC= 2281
VISA OFFICE: Amman; Jordan (Working)
NATIONALITY: Indian
IELTS: L= 7.5; R=6.5; W=6.5; S=7.0 (My IELTS result of Feb 2013)
AGE: 35
EXP: 7Yrs
EDU: 3Yrs Bachelor (WES received on 4th June 2013)
MARTIAL STATUS: Married
CHILDREN: 2

I have another two doubts:
1) Whether the Feb 2013 IELTS result is valid for application
2) Can i apply for PR alone now without paying the fees and showing fund for my family. Once i got PR and settled, will take my family later.

Your supports and co-operation is highly appreciated

Cheers
Praveen

1) Yes it is valid for 2 years. Send your application as soon as possible to avoid any trouble at the last moment.
2) You can apply but it is not recommended. You might face problems due to this in future.

praveencv1979, if you don't include your family in your application you take two serious risks:
first, omitting the fact that you're legally married and have children will most probably be treated as misrepresentation which will result in rejecting your app. This is your background information which you're supposed to provide information to CIC irrespectively if your family immigrate with you to Canada or not.
Second, even if it theoretically happens that you've managed to push your app as you planned, you won't be able to apply for the sponsorship for your family. As since they are not in your application tecnically you're single man.
