Application ID in Residency Questionnaire?

Hi everyone,

I had applied for citizenship in April 2011. I was told that I would need to appear before a Citizenship Judge and I have to fill out a Residency Questionnaire. In the Residency Questionnaire form, I have to supply my "Application ID." But I don't have any such ID. I only have a "File No." and a "Client ID."

Does anyone know what would be the Application ID and where can I find it?
