application history issue

I am trying to complete the applicatipon form, but getting an error, no matter, what I do.I have no space between years and I have atleast 10 years listed since my BD yet still get this error:

Error Description: Personal activities:
You must provide at least 10 continuous years of history from the date of client's 18th birthday.

The thing is the Personal Activities section has a Green tick, but when I choose "check completeness" I get the error

What should I do? I deleted and started over and still no luck

Are you sure there's no gap of a month?

Are you completing 10 years or is it fewer since you were 18?

I was 18 in 2000, I have it all updated...I been on this stupid thing for 3 hrs.

Indeed, it's march now.

Have you really only moved from employment to employment over 10 years? I filled up 30 entries, some just a month as in that time there was 3 days unemployed between jobs.

Please please help me. my application is about too expire and i have not even logged into uploading section. i have tried reporting technical issue but so far no response.

One wuestion if u dont mind.
1:in express enrty i accidently showed my country of study to pakistan,it was actually uk,i changed now?will it be an issue?
2:i just renewd my pasport yesterday.old pasport is entered in express entry, should i just delte old one and add new or keep both?i mean all stamps nd visas are on old pasport.

Please i will be very obliged if u can reply these.

(For anyone stuck on personal activity section,my 18birthday was less than 10 yrs. so i changed the first activity date to my 18birthday in 2009 nd last date to current month beacusenit asks till date)

It should not have any gaps. If there is gap between study and job put that as unemployment.

say for example, if today is 2022.04

2022.04--ONGOING (dont mention finish date)
2022.04--2021.04
2021.04--2020.04

You should have one record as "on going " (no End date)
