Application from outside Canada and PCC

Hello ,


I am currently eligible for my Canadian citizenship but am outside of Canada since a year due to a family issue . I plan to return in sept and have my tickets booked . I was wondering if it is possible to start my citizenship application now as i dont want to waste the 3 months till sept in processing.

I know that you are to attach a pcc if you were in a country for more than 6 months .. can i get this applied here in india and attach woth application.

There's a Chinese guy in my group who applied in China and he just got test invitation (he's still in China)...
