application forms

Hi guys I have question regarding the forms I have to fill out

please help

I am the only one who applies PR, so

I do not have to fill out (IMM0008DEP, additional dependent declaration)number 2

also, I do not have to send the information for the children information(number 12)

according to the document checkn list below, I have to fill out or prepare for all of the docs except number 2 and 12

You are right. You will have to fill-in or gather everything other than 2 and 12 in your case.
