I downloaded the immigration forms from www.cic.gc.ca but i couldn't open them. Every time i click to open them, an error pops up "the viewer cannot decrypt this document".
Please advice if these forms are available at any other websites.
I believe that the problem is from your viewer
so try to re install adobe reader or nitro pdf professional or any pdf files readers
it's not from the website
