Application forms confusion , please HELP!!

Hello every body
I am collection the forms to fill out for a application of sponsorship
My wife is Canadian ( Québécois ) and she will sponsor me and I am collection the forms to fill out for a application of sponsorship
I found so many forms I saw they are too many
I hope you guide me what I need to fill and what I don’t need

As I read in the guide and because my wife is Québécois, and we don’t use a representative and we are married she doesn’t need to fill out these forms , is it right? I hope you correct for me if I am mistaken?

And I knew that I have to fill the forms of immigration froms? Is it right? I have to fill all or is there any of them I must not for spousal sponsorship? I don’t find a guide for that in CIC site as there is for sponsor forms
One more question please
My wife and I are recently married, is it necessary to send proof of relationship with the application or I can wait till they ask for it?

You need IMM 5481. Your wife will fill that out. And yes, it's necessary to send proof of the relationship along with it. This includes e-mails, plane tickets, photos, facebook walls etc. The immigration forms you fill out, sponsor is your wifes. I hope that helped. Let me know if you have any other questions

Sponsorship Evaluation – (IMM 5481)
Who completes this form?

The sponsor completes this form.

The Sponsorship Evaluation will help us assess your past and current obligations with respect to previous sponsorship undertakings that you have signed or co-signed. This form, and the supporting documents you will be sending with your application, will help us determine whether you meet the residency requirement and whether you have the ability to support the applicant.

Note: You must not use this form if you or your spouse, common-law partner or conjugal partner has a dependent child who has child of his own. You must obtain and complete a Financial Evaluation (IMM 1283), available on our website or by contacting the call centre at 1-888-242-2100.

Quebec residents do not need to complete this form.

and then I understood that I will fill all following forms and I will send them to my wife and she will send all with the proof of the relationship and also Medical exam and police certificate , right?

Ah I missed you were going to settle in Quebec Yes you're right, you don't need it. You will need the medical and the police clearance, not your wife since you are the one being sponsored. But other than that yes you have it all right For the Use of a Rep. you can put your wife on that so she can inquire for you once it goes to the VO

Updated Forms pls help!

I am preparing all the forms and requirements needed for my Permanent Resident Visa. The problem is it was stated on CIC website that applicants must submit updated forms dated not later than October 2012. I only found old forms. Can you please help me or send me the links or updated forms for 2013?

Some of them were not updated, but the dates are on the bottom, double check. Sometimes you will have to totally close out of your browser and go back for it to work.
