For the Work Experience in Canada, in the document checklist they have requested to provide letters of reference for the past 3 years. I was in Canada for 2 years and rest of the time I was in India. So should I provide supporting documents for the past 3 years, which will include my Indian work experience or should I just limit with Canadian details?

Please suggest!

If you look at item 10 in the checklist, it says ''experience in Canada''. So I think you only need to provide the reference letters from Canadian employers. Since CEC applicants might have worked in Canada any period in the last 36 months, that's why CIC advises to give last three years employment in Canada.

It's only my opinion please wait for senoirs to confirm.

There is a difference in the Mother's name requested by the CIC between the forms, Additional Family Information IMM5406 and Schedule A Background Declaration IMM5662.

In former document it is just requesting the name and in the latter one, it is requested as Mother's Family name at birth.

So I have given the present name in the former one and the name that was used before marriage in the latter one. Please suggest guys if this is okay or I need to take care of anything else?

Also does my mother's name should match with any of the name present in my document?

I am not sure with this either... just repost for you for seniors' answer.........

If you were studied, please use your school, institute name etc
If you were employed, please write your company name /employer etc
Use that column if it applicable to you only.

I studied and employed in the same period, so I have write out both school name and company name? Please help.

I was filling the form IMM 5669. I have multiple business travel to Malaysia and Singapore in 2007 where I stayed in Hotels.
In Question # 12 - Addresses, Is it required to mention my travels from India to Malaysia & Singapore for each time and mention the hotel address ?

Is it right if my partner fills:

2013-01 2013-03 visiting Australia visitor visa unemployed

or

On item #12 under "Address", it says
"List all addresses where you have lived since your 18th birthday or the past 10 years."

Do I have to fill it up or just leave it blank since dependants are under 18?

QUESTION 12 - Addresses
From which month should I start (List all your addresses where you have lived since your 18th Birthday or the past 10 years, whichever is most recent? My birthdate is in Jan 1986.

I am confused guys. Please help

For the current EE application, we need to answer the same question. Do we need to include the addresses that we traveled for a few days or a few weeks? If so, it will be very difficult to track and it will be tedious as well. Please advise
