Application Form Dates

HI all,

I have send my application last week and it was reached on 24-11-2014(Yesterday). Now generic form was changed and i have send the form which was updated on June-2014( Generic Form).

Secondly i have filled form with different dates for example Generic form 2014-11-03 and signature on it, additional family information form contains 2014-11-17 as it date and signature. Will these create any issues as my form contains different dates.

Even I did the same mistake

My courier is still on its way and scheduled for the delivery tomorrow (wednesday).

I compared both the forms now, and found out that, they have removed "Question 6- Immigration office requested for processing this application".

Did you notice any other difference?

which date did it change. the day i sent my app on 11th nov it was the old June form. now i can there is a november udpate. do u know the exact date?
