As i don't have any relationship with any person or institution in Canada, i have to leave it in blank, but if i do so, i can't click "Validate bottom" this form because all space have to be filled out.

What information do i have to write on it instead????

I am in the same situation, can you please share what did you do to Validate the form. I am planning to write 'Not Applicable' for Name and Address in Canada fields.

Write the name of the hotel or place where you are staying.

And yes you have a relationship, a business relationship (you pay, they give you a service)
